BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Our services for adults and young adults range from counseling services to substance use disorder support to intensive outpatient treatment.

Our adult outpatient services include:

• Veterans services
• Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT)
• Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
• Reinvent Recovery

MEDICAL AND DENTAL

Integrated care that includes psychiatric, medical and dental services, as well as behavioral health support, results in holistic care with better outcomes.

Our adult and young adult medical services include:

• Psychiatry
• Primary care through partner Community Health Care
• Dental care through partner Community Health Care

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT

Park Place Residential Center provides adults individual treatment and recovery services for adults with serious mental illness and who are in need of daily supportive services.

SUPPORT SERVICES

We provide a range of services for people who may need more than outpatient therapy support.
